The gîte is not available from november to march

General conditions  :

- Price: are in euros and include VAT, local tax as well as full cleaning at the end of the   rented period. 
- Linen: only pillows, bolsters, duvets (or blankets if preferred) and mattress covers
   are  provided for.
- Linen rental:
  Guests are free to bring their own house linen. If preferred, possibility to rent linen
  on the following conditions:
  house linen (sheets, pillow-cases, towels): 8€ per guest per week.
- Notwithstanding full cleaning of the house at the end of stay is included in the
  rental price, guests are expected to keep the house tidy and in good shape at all
  times.
- Rental week runs from Saturdays 4.00 P.M. to the following Saturday 10.00 A.M.
- A 30% advance is payable at reservation, the balance at the start of the rental period.
- A guarantee of 150 euros is payable by cheque at the start of the rental period, and
   will be returned at the end of the same period, subject to any damages caused by
   the tenant.
